The Form3 US ACH services are supported through a range of access models giving the ability to send and receive payments in via both TCH and FedACH , with a full range of connectivity options from indirect to full direct participation.
Who is it for?
The Form3 US ACH Direct Settling Participants is available to credit institutions eligible to hold membership/settlement accounts with TCH and/or the Federal Reserve clearing
How does it work?
Customers using this access model, are provided with direct technical access, through our single stack of API, to the EPN and FedACH clearing system(s) to exchange messages as a clearing participant.
Settlement happens on the participants settlement account where our customers manage their own liquidity in this gross settlement system
Who is it for?
The Form3 US ACH Credit Transfer service for Direct Non Settling Participants (DNSP) is available to regulated financial institutions (credit institutions and other)
This Access Model brings the DNSP Participant as close as possible to the clearing system without the need to hold a settlement account and/or direct membership of TCH/Federal Reserve
How does it work?
Customers using this access model are provided with the benefits of direct technical access to the EPN/FedACH Credit Transfer clearing system. Messages are exchanged in such a way that this is experienced as if they were direct participants, same messages and same speed. Settlement happens on a settlement account held with the partner bank where our customers manage their own liquidity with the partner bank.
