My decision to become a Business Analyst Apprentice at Form3 has been exhilarating, challenging, and undoubtedly one of the best choices I've ever made.

Believe it or not, I was 9 months pregnant and about to start my maternity leave when I started to interview with Form3. When a friend told me about the role, in all honesty, I was a little bit hesitant. I was about to have a baby, wasn’t planning on cutting my maternity leave short and just couldn’t imagine that any company or employer would be prepared to wait almost a whole year for me to join.

Every Wednesday afternoon, our Engineers take part in "Investment Time", a practice which has been in place at Form3 for over the last 12 months.

Apprenticeships and Internships offer students and school or college leavers the opportunity to gain vital work experience whilst studying towards a qualification. At Form3, we are able to develop the relevant skills associated with the course we are studying, whilst learning and operating in a real business environment. For a few of us, Form3 has acted as our first real employer! 

It’s Form3's 7th birthday this August 2023! And coinciding with Michael Mueller being named winner of the RemoteTech Breakthrough Awards 2023 for the category CEO of the Year we wanted to take a moment of appreciation to share his very own personal story, of how it’s started and how it’s going.

My name is Masoomah, and I am currently working at Form3 as a Legal Team Apprentice. Four days of the working week consist of working in-house in the Legal Team, and the remaining day is spent studying towards my legal qualifications.
